Fusion 360 - Unable to Orbit/Pan/Tilt while doing basic functions

Whenever I try to carry out any basic modeling or assembly functions in Fusion 360 I am no longer able to move freely with my space mouse.

Prior to this issue, I could select an item to 'move' or 'align' then glide over the the surface I wished to align it too and carry out the operation. Now, once I select an object the green dot that marks my orbit point just move around the screen like a cursor instead of being anchored anywhere and I am unable to move my screen with the mouse (Spacemouse Wireless Pro) at all.

Has anyone ran into this issue or have any suggestions?
