I purchased my 3d mouse once I started working with Chief Architect for drawing/modifying plans for my construction company. I have the space mouse pro. I have looked a little deeper to see it can be incorporated into other software like Google Chrome, windows browsers, and document software like Adobe.

Where can I go to learn how to apply the basic functions in these areas? Again. I am new so bear with me

Same here
I'm fairly new. I'm a writer/illustrator. I work with 3D models quite a bit, and adobe products. For the most part I've leaned on the automatic features, most of it is intuitive. I've only recently dabbled in getting the modifiers to work for scrolling in Illustrator.
I have a wired and wireless base model one for work and one for home. I don't use a normal QWERTY keyboard, as my hands just can't take it anymore. But I"ve been thinking of trying to game with this device. Figuring that out would make my life a lot easier and enjoyable.

It's supported:
https://3dconnexion.com/uk/software/?so ... dustry=all

input "chief architect" and you'll find it.
