Hello,
Since I swap from a MacBookPro Intel w/ High Sierra to an M1Pro w/ Monterey,
my CadMouse Pro Wireless seem inusable: the bluetooth connection is very, very laggy (and the dongle isn't working on a mac).
Anyone has this issue too ?
I already tried to post in this forum about this problem but nobody accepted to publish my thread.
I contacted the support but they said just "it's not a known issue we can't help you" and they disappeared.
Can somebody please help me?
I spent some money in this mouse, I would like to be able to work with it.

Have you tried to remove and re-pair the Bluetooth connection with your CadMouse Pro Wireless? We have had cases where this had to be done several times until the connection was well established.
How many devices are connected to your Mac by Bluetooth?

Yes I did test EVERYTHING.
Other M1 mac users are having the same problem.
