CadMouse: Right and left click not programmable?

Post by mhulse » Fri Nov 09, 2018 10:07 pm

Just curious, why are the left and right mouse non-programmable?

Is this a hardware limitation? Are there plans to allow these to be mapped in future?

Thanks!

Hello mhulse,

this is by design. The left and right mouse button are Windows default buttons where a change night lead to confusion. This is why we do not offer the possibility to change this functionality. And there are no plans to revise this. :)

Thank you for the reply UtaSH, I really appreciate it.

I don't really mind the right/left where they are at; if I could program them, I might move the right to the middle clicker (not button behind scroll wheel). But my muscle memory adjusted quickly.

Love this mouse!!!!!
