I noticed inside joystick profiles folder of Vegas 9 there was a a file called spacenavigatori.ini
So if you click the SN left button you enable it inside Vegas and you can use it for various controls. You have to keep it pressed and move the SN at the same time. Once you stop pressing the button it is disabled.
