I am trying to install the program on Windows XP. It asks if I want to download and install the latest version, but when I clicked yes, nothing happened. I went to the 3dconnexion site but could not find how to download the program. I have the Space Explorer device.

Hi Larry,
to download the latest software for the SpaceExplorer please go to the download page, select "SpaceExplorer USB" in the left box, then the operating system (Windows?) in the middle and you will get another item in the right box "3DxSoftware 3.8.2". This is the latest version and you should install it.
If you still have problems please create a logfile of the installation (see here for instructions) and post a comment here.
