does anyone have an idea where I could find drivers to support Autocad (architectural desktop) 2005? I know they should be somewhere, but my capabilities of finding them are exhausted...

We have a legacy plug-in for pre-2007 versions of AutoCAD, which may be downloaded from our Driver Download Page found under the Support Menu on www.3dconnexion.com.
In the second column, instead of choosing the operating system, choose 'Archive (Legacy Software)' Then you will be able to find 'AutoCAD (pre-2007)' for download to your desktop and installation.
