Windows 10 Enterprise v.1903

Post by Guille »

Hi all,
Well my version of Windows 10 is: Windows 10 Enterprise v.1903. I had the 3DxWare64 v10.6.2 drivers for several bugs install the v10.6.0 and it no longer works, I can not enter settings, the usb recognizes the device but the 3DHome does not, I uninstall, clean the 3DConnection key registry, delete files, pass the CCcleaner to erase old things, it's not rocket science but it still doesn't work, will it be the Windows version?, if I push tutorial show that:

Unplug your 3Dconnexion device from the computer USB port, then go on to uninstall your 3DxWare. Use PrivaZer instead of Ccleaner to clean your registry and other system junk, after this, reboot your computer. Now plug your 3Dconnexion device, and install 3DxWare 10.6.0 x64.

Hi Guille,

we do not recommend to use 3rd party tools to uninstall the driver or remove any related settings or folders. Please use the Windows "Programs and Features" to uninstall.

Your Windows version is fine. I am using the same.

Please please contact our Technical Support Team. They can do the necessary troubleshooting and escalate the case if needed.
