Is it possible to insert date and time by pushing one of buttons of SpaceMouse® Pro Wireless?

Thank you.

Hi Tera,

if you find a way how to "insert date and time" with your keyboard you map this keyboard sequence to one of the buttons of your 3D mouse.

The application has no feature for inserting Date or time.
I was hoping there maybe some way to write a xml or vba code and use it as a macro to run by pushing one of the keys.

What form of date? The driver can run a script for you when you press a button. You do have to write the script. It's a little complex to setup, and the GUI doesn't help you with that part. Once you have defined the ButtonAction, the GUI will help you assign it to a button like anything else the GUI does. I can walk you through it.

TBH, it's the first time I've heard this request. But I'm happy to see people asking to use this sort of extension.

Sorry for the late reply. I was on a business trip.

Thanks for your reply and trying to help.
I actually want to insert the following by pushing one of the buttons

( *** AE-2 *** )
( --- 2019/07/23 16.51 --- )

The time stamp should be the real date and time when the button is pushed.

if two line is impossible, only the time stamp (2019/07/23 16.51) will suit me too.

I appreciate any kind of advice.
