CadMouse Wireless Smart Scrolling not deactivated with Bluetooth

Post by HelgeSchmeider »

I unchecked Smart Scrolling in CadMouse Wireless Properties menu.
While Smart Scrolling is deactivated in cable and USB mode, it is still running when connected via bluetooth (although still unchecked).
This is really annoying, since I chose this mouse especially because of bluetooth to save my limited USB slots.
Any help on that?

Hello HelgeSchmeider,

I apologize that you encounter problems with your CadMouse Wireless.

I was able to reproduce the issue you reported. I have created a bug for our development to fix it. Our internal bug number is WIN-256. I w ill inform you once I hear back from our development team.

Hello HelgeSchmeider,

I found that the issue was reproducible because a needed process was not running. Please reboot your machine and see if the issue still occurs. Looking forward to hear from you.

Hi UtaSH,

Thx for your support. Unfortunately this didn't fix my problem.
What is the process that has to be started?

I recommend that you contact our Technical Support Team. They will need a log file of the driver and will escalate your issue to the next level in our Engineering team.
