Hi Tony,

What Operating system are you using ? macOS or Windows ?
Does the 3Dconnexion viewer works as expected ? (Windows=>3Dconnexion=>3Dconnexion Viewer)
You maybe want to start by checking that Sketchup plugin is enabled.

In Windows, the navigator plugin lives here:
C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2018\SketchUp\Plugins\3DxSketchUp

Each version of SU has such a directory in ProgramData (which may be a hidden folder.)

Thanks for the reply.

I am using Windows 10 with SU 2018.

Have searched but cannot find a sketchup plugin for this anywhere - is that the problem?

I also have the CAD Mouse which works perfect.

Regards

Tony

Update on that.

I see in my extension manager I have 3DxSketchup - and it is enabled.

Hi Tony,

Is the same if you use your SpaceMouse with the cable ?
Are you able to move the turbine when you are using the 3Dconnexion Viewer ?
In Sketckup, do Navigation or button work ? or really nothing at all ?
