Windows Server 2012 r2 + Space Pilot pro -- Problem to work

Dear Sir
I have problem
My HPz820 workstation instaled Windows Server 2012 r2
+ Space pilot Pro (Last driver from 3dconnexion) used for Solidworks 2015sp5

we have problem: Space pilot not corect work. LCD display nonstop chenge pictogram.
trainer - all ok. Solidworks - pilot not works !!

I make many experements:
1. Chenge USB port 2.0 to 3.0
2. chenge many driver version old, last..
3. down all think client (to my HPz820 conectet 2 think client and use Solidworks)
All combination do not help!

this sounds as if the addin for SOLIDWORKS is not installed correctly. I recommend to contact our Technical Support Team.
