How do I send in a Space Navigator for repair? I get no response from it and the light no longer comes on.
I have tried many times to send all my serial info through the online tech support form 3 times but of course it still doesn't work, when you hit submit you get "Soap Login Error!" and an otherwise blank page. Not very useful and an incredible waste of time. Thanks.
