My Space Explorer is peeling

Hi the coating on my space explorer is plastic coating is peeling and looks and feels terrible. Is this covered under warranty? Also I made a feature request for Space Explorer in Maya a few months back, Any progress? Thanks

Call Tech support.
We will get your Explorer replaced as long as it under warranty.
