AutoCAD 2008 & Spacenavigator PE

Hello,

Today I had my spacenavigator delivered at work. Now when I installed it on my pc AutoCAD doesnt react properly on my mouse (NOT my navigator). It seems that AutoCAD crashes when I start the program.
When I click on 'File' the menu appears but disappears instantly again.
Every command reacts like this now.

My PC:
HP xw4600
Windows Professional 32bit
Core2Quad Q6600 @ 2,4Ghz
4Gb
Fx1700

2D Mouse Logitech MX400 Laser Mouse

What I tried:
2 kind of drivers:
3DxCDROM-PE v. 3.5.6.0
3DxCDROM-PE v. 3.6.11

Same problems with both drivers.

Does this also happen after you calibrated the device?

Excellent suggestion; calibrating helped me out. Also this is a test post.
