cannot unzoom in Photoshop cs3

Post by Boyracer »

Need help..
I can pan and zoom and so on i photoshop. But I cannot unzoom.
Tried to change the axis in 3dconnexion panel and also tried the calibrate with no luck.
The 3dxPhotoshopplugin is in the plug-ins folder.
So, what to do?

Cannot Unzoom in Photoshop CS3

Post by Bryan »

Dear Boyracer,

Could you please give us some further details as to what you are experiencing when you say you are not able to unzoom.

What Operating System are you using?
What release version of 3DxSoftware are you using?

What size does your picture start out as?
What size does your picture zoom to?
What motions are you taking to zoom in?
What motions are you taking to zoom out?
What size does your picture size to when you attempt to zoom out?

Are you using other input devices, such as Wacom Tablet?

Sincerely,
Bryan G.

MacPro early 2008 with 12gig ram

Mac OS X 10.5.6
3dxwaremacPE V1.5.6

My picture start at 16% and I can zoom in to maximum. My action is the default one on my navigator. (Push it down) To zoom out I try to pull it upp. Have tried to revers movments but it then zooms only when i pull it. Will not zoom out when i push it.
I´m using a Wacom Intius 3 A5
Thank you!

Test using different zoom settings.

Dear Boyracer,

In the 3Dconnexion Control Panel, under the Device Configuration Tab, Change your choice of zoom direction from "Up and Down" to "Forward and Back". Then test to see what results you get.

Thanks,
Bryan

Try this. Go to the 3Dconnexion Preference pane in System Preferences and click on the Use Default button on the Advanced and Device tabs. I can't think of a reason why you'd be able to zoom in but not out. Resetting back to factory defaults might clear this up.
