Came here to post the temporary fix (for running 3DConnexion/Solidworks on ARM based Mac) should anyone need it...
Visit the 3dConnexion driver archives and get the 10.6.4 driver for the Spacemouse. I had to remove the existing drivers first. The 10.6.4 is from back in 2019, but it works. SolidWorks have now acknowledged the problem and told me a fix was in the works.
