MacOS Sonoma 'any application'

Post by christrotter »

Good morning,

I have successfully installed the new driver for Sonoma and restarted my machine, but the 'any application' functionality does not seem to work. The trainer works fine, and Fusion360 works fine, but simple things like 'scroll in Chrome' does not work at all.

I have tried configuring the 'any application' settings to ensure 2d mouse scroll is being sent, but nothing seems to happen. I have also tried adding 'Google Chrome' as an application and configuring it the same way, but nothing happens.

I'm guessing I'd need to head down the path of writing custom XML or something (I'm fine w. custom code if it comes to that), but my understanding is that it should 'just work' - after all, why have an 'any application' functionality?

Would appreciate any ideas - thanks!

Hi christrotter,
Any application options are used only when there is no specific application listed. It means when you are using f.i. Fusion, you should change options for Fusion. Google chrome also has his set of options to update.
