Any Software Crashes after use of Space Mouse

Hello,
I recently upgraded my PC to i9 13900 KF and 4090 RTX and ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO and 98 GB DDR5 but any software crashes when using the Space Mouse for longer time (1 min - 15 min)

The program starts working slower and harder and in the end crashes. If I restart the program all is fine.

I did a tet in the 3D Connection Viewer and it crashed 2 times.
I gathered the logs as seen in other posts but I don't know what to do with them

Any help?
