Space mouse not normal working

Hi, i have a problem wwhith spase mouse.
Mouse work fine a long 3-4 hour after this time windows usb driver send message - device not recognition
Test on laptop and PC. Time to time after stop workin im replug in other usb conector, work fine,but after 3-4 work not work again.

Maybe need firmware upgrade?

Later you will have to:
Connect your device directly to an USB port of the computer
Launch the update tool (once installed, you can find it by opening Windows Start and searching for "3Dconnexion Firmware Update").
Select your device from the list and click "Upgrade".

For more information you can see the ReadMe file located in C:\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3DxFlash\
