Still waiting for a drivers running with Cinema4D on Apple Silicon...

Post by cpersoz »

Hello there,

I contacted the 3DConnexion support on August 2023 spotting that the new version do not work anymore with Cinema4D on Apple Silicon computers. I got several exchange with them and the one;y workaround was to run Cinema4D in Rosetta mode which is not acceptable and a non-sense. Since then I never been contacted with the support and no fix has been provided. - [CASE:145209]

When will you provide a fix for this bug? 3D Connexion is making a full advertisement for their compatibility on Cinema4D ( there https://3dconnexion.com/fr/applications ... cinema-4d/) which is obviously not true. So please correct one of the both, either your marketing comm or the bugs existing on your driver.

Thanks,

I don't think it's ever gonna happen. I've lost hope that they will fix it. I'm downloading every new version and it completely broken for every new version. Moderators are also leaving my messages in this forum unmoderated to hide them. They clearly have no intention to solve this issue.
