Custom Engine Unreal Source Code

How do we build the Unreal plugin for custom versions of the Engine? The stock plugins don't work and there is no source code to compile for them. I have downloaded the 3dconnexion SDK and still don't see anything for the Unreal plugin source code.

Obtaining the plugin's source code is necessary for developing the Unreal plugin for customized Engine versions. If you're using a modified version of Unreal Engine and can't find the source code to use the stock plugins, you may have to make your own.

The 3Dconnexion plug-in for Unreal Editor was added to the Unreal Engine Marketplace (see here), providing access to the plug-in source code.
