Lost Functionality of Modifier Keys on SpaceMouse Pro

I have an active Case for this issue with Tech Support and have now requested a follow-up and/or status on that multiple times... and just today got referred to Development since basic troubleshooting has not resolved this issue.

I'm posting here, as well, in the case I can get a response any quicker...

Current setup: Dell Precision 5520 (Client), HP AnyWare (Remote) and BOXX-FLEXX Module (Host)

Problem: Modifier keys on the SpaceMouse Pro do not function whatsoever on the system - I do not get any response with ESC, SHIFT, CTRL or TAB in SolidWorks, Microsoft Products or in File Explorer.

Troubleshooting done so far:

- I've tested other SpaceMouse Pro devices with the same results
- Logged in as a different user (both as a standard user and as an Admin)
- Performed a clean re-install of 3DxWare (as recommended)
- Updated the firmware of the SpaceMouse Pro with 3DxFlash_v2-14-7_r20355
- Reinstalled the ChipSet drivers on the BOXX System
- Restarting the Human Interface Device Service
- Tried inserting "SendInput" as the KMJMechanism in both Global Config files (both in the User Folder and the Program Files (Cfg) Folder
- "Disabled" the "Turn off Windows Key hotkeys" in Global Policy
- Disabled Power control on the KMJ Emulator from the Device Manager

Is there anything else I'm missing on why this continues to be a problem? This issue follows the system, as I've had another Engineer with a fully functional SpaceMouse log into the BOXX System and upon connecting, he loses functionality of these keys, as well.

Any help would be highly appreciated, as this has become a months-long issue.

By the way, when I customize one of the SpaceMousePro Compact buttons for Shift in Outlook, it does function as expected, and OUTLOOK-KMJ.xml is created in %appdata%\3dconnexion\3Dxware\cfg\, with the following relevant customization:

I tried copying the code you sent me @jwick, but I get the same result. I even disconnected the Teradici/HP AnyWare session, unplugged the SpaceMouse, plugged it back in and reconnected the AnyWare Session. Still no functional Keyboard functions.

Any other ideas?

I've tried to map one of his 4 custom buttons to a Keyboard Shortcut in 3DxWare and it does the same thing... No response from the system. If it's mapped to literally anything other command/shortcut, it works fine. It's seemingly ONLY Keyboard shortcuts. It's so odd.
