Rhinoceros 5 missing "Rotate Plan Parallel Views" option

In your tech support FAQ we find:

3D Mouse does not work in a parallel viewport in Rhinoceros 3D
Issue: The 3D Mouse does not roll or spin the model in a parallel viewport of Rhino.

Solution: In Rhino3D, go to menu "Options", select "View - Spaceball" and enable Rotate Plan Parallel Views.

This option is missing in Rhino 5. Can it come back please? I can't use Rhino without this!

I asked McNeel about this and they said to ask you.

We will work with McNeel to restore this feature in Rhino 5.

In Rhino 5, you can hold down Shift and Ctrl and your 3D mouse will rotate the plan view. Are you aware of this feature? It is also available for the keyboard and normal mouse.
