Mastercam uses

I recently used a spaceball 5000 with unigraphics, and want to purchase a similar product for my everyday programming with Mastercam. I was looking at the space pilot and lokking for any imput which anyone might have. Thanks, Tom

Hi, TBROWN. This question should be put to CNC Software, the editor of Mastercam.
According to the system requirements for Mastercam X2, 3Dconnexion devices (generically referred to as Spaceball motion controllers in their documentation) are indeed supported.

Spaceballs work fine with Mastercam X. Forget it if you're going to try one with 9.1 or earlier.
