Solid Edge - Custom Orientation

Post by cadsite » Fri Nov 27, 2015 7:16 am

I really love my 3D mouse, I can't understand how my colleague can work without...
Because I do all my navigation with my Spacepilot Pro I lost the feeling to 3D navigate in Solid Edge without it. And that gives me a problem when inserting a model in draft with a custom orientation.

If a user chooses this option We receive a window with our part or assembly and we can manipulate the orientation, only, in this window the 3D mouse doesn't do a thing... Instead of that, the underlying draft moves. I thinks it would be better to manipulate the orientation of the active part.

If my question is not clear, please say so.
