Microsoft Virtual Earth and 3Dconnexion

Post by znissan »

In case you have not already seen this announcement, another new application currently supporting 3Dconnexion devices is Microsoft Virtual Earth. To try it, please visit http://local.live.com/, and select "3D" in the menu box within the browser. An Active X control will install and you are ready to start flying in 3D with the SpaceNavigator or other 3Dconnexion device!

Select "Hybrid" in order to see the richest graphics. Try flying through downtown San Francisco, and you will see the textured buildings appear.
