3DxTrainer.exe Stopped Working.

I have a new "Space Navigator" and installed the latest drivers and all was well under Windows 7 x64.

I was then going through the "demos" and found that the "3dx Trainer" stops working when its launched.. I get a popup saying that "3DxTrainer.exe Has Stopped Working" and then I can check for a solution or close.

I removed and reinstalled the drivers and its the same... I also looked at my .NET setup and have 3.5.1 and 4.5 installed..

Any ideas?
