Hi Skint Subby,

To rotate, it is necessary to switch to 3D wireframe. I thought that was clear from the behaviour of the "orbit" command.

I was only suggesting a simpler method of doing it: press a device button and rotate; press again and revert back to the original "visual style."

Perhaps you know of a native AutoCAD command that allows rotation without switching to a 3D mode?
