Doesn't remember config in Catia V5

Hi. I am running Catia V5 R15 & R16 with but I have to configure the SpaceNavigator every time I go into Catia. I have configured the buttons with custom functions which it remembers but the buttons reset back to default when I close Catia. Pan/Zoom also reset when exiting Catia.
Can anybody help?

Could you describe how do you try to make the button mappings? Are you trying to make a button mapping inside Catia?

Anyway you should activate the "Automatic save configuration" function in the "3Dconnexion Control Panel". Otherwise the configurations you make will not be saved.
