Hi,
i connected my new space navigator to the pc, download and install the software.
but nothing happens... When i "Start Driver" i can see the 3DxSrv.exe for only 1second in the taskmanager. the same on "Show Control Panel".
the Cube3d Demo says "Can'T find a 3d motion controller" . the other demos doesn't start.
i disconnected all other usb devices and try out all ports (usb2.0)..

To be sure if your device isn't defective please test it on another computer without other USB devices connected to it. You have to install 3DxSoftware and to connect the device. Afterwards try to use one of the supplied demos (Start -> All Programs -> 3Dconnexion -> 3Dconnexion 3DxWare -> Demos).
If it works, please try to connect your device via an USB hub with own power supply to the computer you normally use. You have already some devices (as you described) connected and it could be that the USB power reached the limit and that's why you device doesn't work.
