I have a problem with my Space Explorer. It's basically stopped working and is no longer recognised when plugged in. I have read another Topic on here which basically says it's faulty.
The problem I have however, is that I've heard nothing from support since submitting my problem almost 2 months ago. I then submitted another around 3 weeks or so ago, and have not heard from that one either. At that time I also gave some feedback (after reading how someone was so impressed with the response time - what a joke) and have not had a response from that either?
This product is awesome when it works!! ....but I need it to work!!
