Hello, sorry if this is not the correct place for this question, but I have a problem.
I bought the 3D Mouse (notebook version) where while testing, I realized that the movement "Tilt" happened with the same motion of the "Zoom" (Front and Back, without turning).
I wonder if this is wrong or not, because when I move just "Zoom", he spins.
I already have used other 3D Mouse (which was not the notebook version), and the movement of "Tilt" was quite different from the "Zoom".
In this case, I imported from the U.S. to Brazil, if defective, how solve this problem?
Thank you.

Hi DougCoelho,
please contact the US help desk for further trouble shooting. If the device is broken we will send you a replacement. To Brazil if you are there.

Re: Problem with Notebook version Mouse 3D ( Tilt = Zoom )
Have you tried opening the 3Dconnexion Control Panel and clicking the radio button showing the zoom function as up/down motion of the puck?
I have to reset this option every time I reinstall the software.
You may also want to reverse the zoom direction as well (last tab in the control panel).
