Can you change what "App1" and "App2" resolve to?

Can you change what "App1" and "App2" resolve to?
I've only had my Spacepilot Pro for a few days and I'm absolutely loving it, but I have a question regarding buttons 1 through 10. When I'm outside of AutoCAD, I see that "Launch App 1" and "Launch App 2" are available as options for shortcut keys. What I want to know is if App1 and App2 can be changed to correspond with any programs? I'd love for App1 to be a specific AuotCAD shortcut and for App2 to be a Dropbox folder. It would greatly enhance my productivity. Thanks!
