Layout 3 (&2013) with SpaceNavigator

I apologize if this is redundant, I couldn't find any thread covering this.

is there a way to get the SpaceNavigator to at least pan and zoom in Sketchup Layout 3 (and 2013)?

Have you udated to the current driver 3.17.3?
The new driver added support for Sketchup 2013.
