Do you mean to say that a Problem Report has been created to fix this soon in an update to the driver?

I have also notice this issue in 3DMax9 using the SpaveExplorer.
Yes, a problem report has been created and and the issue will be addressed in a subsequent driver release. We do not yet have a schedule to deliver the fix.

I'we read some of the other topics about the 3ds Max. And I tried to install the two previous version i could get my hands on (3.1.8 and 3.2.2) but no luck.
The onlly thing left is to sit tight and wait for you guys to fix the problem and make a new release
