Cleaning a SpacePilot

Post by mclemons »

Ok, I'm a idiot...

I spilled coffee in my beloved SpacePilot - I am pretty mechanically handy, is it possible to disassemble this thing and wash the buttons? I assume the buttons are over a rubber contact grid, how is the navigator handle attached?

Cleaning a SpacePilot

Hi mclemons

The SpacePilot is a complicated and sensitive device. The keyboard is delivered as a complete assembly and that's because we can't say anything about that.

Everything you do is on your own risk.
