letting non-admin users mess with the reg is about the stupidest thing an admin could do. There is no-way this workaround could be done in a big company where you typically don't even have permissions to change the date and time, or you'd have to make an appointment with the already overworked IT guy to come change the setting from 120 to 125, and then an hour later back to 120 when you've decided it was too much.
