SpaceExplorer not recognized after reboot

Post by kr16667 »

Hello,
On a Dell Precision 530 running Windows XP SP2, a SpaceExplorer USB is not recognized after reboot, which causes the drivers not to start. The SpaceExplorer has to be unplugged, then plugged into another USB port to be recognized. I have tried uninstalling and re- installing the drivers (version 3.1.8). Is this a known problem with a fix?
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Nuno,
I do internal CAD support for a private company and this is a user's SpaceExplorer, so I will have him contact support.
Thanks,
Kevin
