I have a Spaceball 4000 FLX and want to use it with Maya.
Can I install 3DxSoftware 3.0 and use it with my old Spacepilot?
My understanding is that 3DxSoftware 3.0 supports Maya.

Please specify what version of Maya you want to use. The last driver which supports the Spaceball 4000 FLX is included in our software 3DxSoftware_v2-8-2.exe available on our download page. However this will support only the Maya versions between 6.0 and 8.0, but not the last versions 8.5.
If you want (have to) use the version 8.5 you have to uninstall the Maya plug-in, download the last driver and install only the plug-in for Maya 8.5 (you can do that choosing "custom" installation).
Take notice: you can only use the 32 bit versions of Maya with your device.
