Picture Viewer window size

1. Window size isn't stored when exiting it, it always starts in same position and size
2. It uses absolutely coordinates. As soon as you put a Explorer toolbar at the top, it'll disappear partly beneath it.
3. I have two 1024x1280 (yes, rotated to portrait) screens, but the default window size seems to be something like 1600x1200 instead of standard fullscreen.

2 and 3 wouldn't be that bad if 1 would be implemented

4. Feature request only, would be nice to have the standard arrows available to put on the left and right key to be able to switch between pictures
