3DxVirtualLCD Unhandled Exception

When trying to bring up the menu on the spacemouse pro, i get these 2 errors
any ideas?

Reinstall the operating system.

Hi spotts,

this is very likely a problem with your antivirus software. Are you using Trendmicro. In anyway you should create an exception for the program "C:\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\3DxWinCore\3DxProfileServer.exe".

Thank you, doing this fixed my problem.
