LED is not working

Post by SaraBailey »

I have my mouse plugged in via usb but the LED Light ring under the part you hold does not turn on like the box shows it. How do I turn it on?

I strongly recommend that you turn off the LED blue light.

Hi SaraBailey,

are you using a cabled device or a wireless device? Note that the blue LED ring of the wireless devices is on only when the device is connected via cable. We do not light it up when wireless due to power saving reasons.

If you have a cabled device you should be able to switch it on. Right-click to the driver icon in the system tray and activate "LEDs active".
