Trainer Function in 3DConnexion Application Shuts Down

Hello,
I have downloaded the latest the drivers for my CadMouse Wireless Pro (Left) and Wireless SpaceMouse, but whenever I try to run the Trainer function it opens for a split second to load and then shuts down completely. I searched the forum for similar topics and solutions, but none of the solutions fixed my issue. I have reloaded the drivers and tried re-installing the software several times, but it still shuts down. I attached an image of my system information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

could you please check if your graphic card has the latest driver? We have seen crashes of the 3DxTrainer where the graphic card had an outdated driver.

Additionally - did you install the driver with the default installation or did you use perhaps just an msi file from the installer package?
