Random Eratic Movements without touching

Hi All,

I am experiencing very random and eratic movements from my spacemouse enterprise similar to this old thread from 2016

Without touching the spacemouse the objects jump around the screen in all 3d applications such as Inventor, 3ds Max, Sketchup etc.

I have 2 months left on my warranty and have contacted technical support but was hoping someone here might also be able to help.

Either you have to use the 'Calibrate' or use WD-40 Specialist Electronics and Electrical Parts Cleaner.

Hi Anthony,

it looks like your device has a fault. Very likely we have to replace it if it is still under warranty.
