I bought the 3dconnexion for Mudbox 2020, and it's not working. Is there any reason to think it will ever work, or should I just return it?

the support for the SpaceMouse was integrated in Mudbox by Autodesk. When we tested Mudbox the last time we were not able to certify this application. Basic navigation was available but it failed some other requirements. Unfortunately it is not in our hands to improve the support for the SpaceMouse. This has to be done by the Autodesk developers. Please contact their support to let them know that this is a demand from their customers.
