Good evening,
i bought a used Spacepilot Pro a few days ago and now i don't know if the mouse is defective or if i'm the problem.
When i plug in the mouse i get the message "device not found" and the display on the spacepilot pro shows "Spacepilot Pro initializing".
My Laptop is using the newest Windows 10 Update.
In the device manager there is the small yellow triangle next to the usb controller which is the mouse.
What i've already tried.
1) Stopped the driver and restarted them as administrator
2) New clean install of the drivers
3) Reset of the Mouse using Button 1+2 and holding them for more than 15 seconds
4) Tested the mouse on different USB Ports and on a other computer (USB 2, 3, Typ C)
Is there anybody which can help me with that? I'm still in hope that it's just a software problem because i'm not able to buy a new one.
