Freezing in Initializing Screen

Good evening,

i bought a used Spacepilot Pro and i just don't know if the mouse is defective or if it's just me.

When i plug the mouse in i get the message "usb device not found" and on the screen there is the message "spacepilot pro initializing".

What i've tried.

1) Plugged it in different USB Ports (USB 2 and 3)
2) Reset of the spacepilot pressing button 1+2 after that i tried the other reset version with menu and the other key.
3) Stopped the driver and restarted it as administrator
4) new clean install of the driver
5) tried the mouse on a different computer


Still got the message in device manager that the mouse cant be found. (yellow triangle next to the device).
I'm using Windows 10 newest version from 01.12.2020.

Can somebody please help me? I don't have the money to buy me a new one so i still got the hope that it's just a software issue.

Hi Xelexius,

your description sounds like it's a hardware problem. :( Seems you got a defective device. You should return it if possible.
