Hello!
After I've updated to the latest driver 3DxWare64_v10-6-4_r3119, my 3DMouse Pro started to ignore the up and down movements in 3ds Max 2015 and 2018. I did not check other apps I use - Maya and Blender.
I just uninstalled the v.10.6.4 and reverted back to DxWare64_v10-5-15_r2944. It works most part flawlessly except the flickering in perspective view in 3ds Max 2018.
OS: Windows 64-bit 8.1

Can you send me the contents of your %localappdata%\3Dconnexion\3DxWare
In what sort of view were the up/down movements being ignored? Perspective? Target Camera? Is the issue specific to a model?
Would you please specify a test case that we can follow to reproduce the issue.
