Space mouse pro x axis not working in 3dsmax perspective

Hi,
I updated to the latest drivers and now this weird problem occurred, where I cannot move sideways (or use X axis) in perspective view (?!)
The weirder is that it works in orthographic.
I searched in the options, I don't understand.
It's the first time I see that problem.

And up-down is also disabled in perspective.
Basically I can't move neither sideways nor up and down in perspective view (and also camera view).
This is so restricted comparing to the previous experience I had.

Edit:
This happens on one scene.
I tried on an empty scene and it works normally.
What is going on?
So weird.

I refreshed view and it works now.

The problem keeps coming back again and again, and even refreshing views don't work always.

I had the same issue with the latest 10.6.4 driver in 3ds Max 2015 and 2018.
The up and down movement was blocked (SpaceMouse Pro).
I just reverted back to 10.5.15 that was installed before.
It works fine except the slight flickering in perspective view in 3ds Max 2018.
